Lyndsey Holden (MSc) is a Cayman CPAM registered and UK-trained, BACP and UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting adults and couples through challenges including trauma, stress, grief, relationship issues, & major life transitions. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative, & compassionate environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, & move towards meaningful change.
Her therapeutic style is integrative and personalised, blending evidence-based psychological approaches with body-based and mindfulness practices. Drawing from Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy (NLPt), somatic awareness techniques, parts work, mindfulness-based interventions, and the Gottman Method for couples, Lyndsey works holistically to address both emotional and physiological aspects of well-being.
Lyndsey has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including veterans navigating the after-effects of trauma, the pressures of high-performance careers, complex grief, burnout, and relational challenges. She values the importance of empowering clients with practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and resilience, while also guiding them through deeper therapeutic processes to address the root causes of distress.
Lyndsey’s work is grounded in the belief that therapy is not just about overcoming difficulties, but about helping people reconnect with their strengths, values, and sense of purpose.
