Join Sutton Burke, Founder and Clinical Director of Infinite Mindcare and author of Now We Play: Mental Fitness for Everyday Life, for an interactive, workshop-style book launch at Next Chapter.

This isn’t a traditional author talk. We’re turning the space between Next Chapter and Starbucks into a little Mental Health Café for the morning.

Grab a coffee, pull up a chair and join a conversation about mental fitness for everyday life. We’ll explore anxiety, stress, presence, relationships, emotional regulation and what it means to build our capacity to be human, especially when life doesn’t go according to plan.

Expect a short Q&A about Now We Play, audience conversation, simple mental-fitness practices you can try in real time, Mental Health Café conversation starters, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
