One of the biggest fears we have is asking for help and with any new relationship it takes time to build trust, allowing that person to see the sides that we hide from the world. Over the past 13 years I have spoken to many different therapists and with each one I have had different a experience. Each individual was able to help me gain recognition to the reasons why I was living in so much emotional pain. In 2014 my life turned upside down and it was at that point where I needed professional help and it was Sutton
“I had never been to therapy, but after feeling depressed, isolated and sad for so long I decided it was time to take action. During our first session she put me at ease completely, she was completely genuine, honest and I knew she was the one. I spent 8 months working through several issues with her, and I recommend anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA to work with Raquel, she’s educated, up to date and completely impartial. Through her knowledge and use of EMDR we were able to successfully work through several of my insecurities and issues I had within myself.
“I attended regular sessions with Sutton over a six-month period. I found Sutton insightful and very helpful on a practical level. Certainly, I feel much more self-aware as a result of these sessions, better able to deal with practical issues and able to live more in the moment. In summary, for me the experience has been truly enriching.”
“My daughter was diagnosed at birth with a medical condition that causes her to suffer from anxiety and depression. Last year at age 10, after a neuropsychology evaluation, counselling was recommended to begin asap. Two weeks later, along came Sutton for our first session. Neither my daughter nor myself knew what to expect. We were both anxious and I was certainly tense. You see, my child’s condition, while quite common among females is one that is not well known out there especially as a lot of females are often undiagnosed. After spending years educating others, even some in the medical
Greg helped me with an anxiety related habit which I had for years but was able to completely get rid of without returning to it within 4 weeks. Very grateful for his help!
Sometimes you meet people who are truly doing what they’re meant to do… this was the case when I found Infinite Mindcare. I had searched for help from multiple professionals before having the good fortune of finding Sutton Burke. She helped me acquire the tools I needed to work through not only my existing anxiety, but any future challenges that come my way. Her guidance and support positively impacted every aspect of my life. I’m a healthier and happier individual overall thanks to her guidance. She has the magical ability to provide insight and skills in a way that doesn’t
Very professional. Marissa is fantastic at what she does and could t have wished for a more helpful and understanding person to help me when I needed it.
After many years attending a traditional therapist, I can only say that I wish I had found Greg sooner! Over a period of 18 years I had seen another therapist to address issues relating to family, stress, and anxiety, but I was looking for better results. I was extremely skeptical about seeing another male therapist. Greg really help me to work with me to develop practical strategies. Whether you are considering therapy for the first time, I strongly recommend you seeking out an introductory session with Greg.
I have struggled with alcohol and gambling issues for many years now. On January 1st 2020, I got into an accident and got OVI. I tried regular individual and group therapy at the VA hospital In Columbus, OH. A few weeks later it was recommended that I try CBT. At first, I was reluctant to try another form of therapy. A few weeks later I was introduced to Diane Cummins, then we started my CBT. This form of therapy has completely changed my thought pattern on how to approach situations for the better. I have always dealt with social anxiety
I worked with Diane for a number of weeks when my anxiety had reached a level where I knew I really needed some help. Diane was really open and warm to speak to from the very start and I really felt like I was in a safe environment where I could be totally honest. Diane gave me exercises to do between sessions which equipped me with the tools I needed to manage my anxiety and I felt the difference immediately after the first session. My perspective did a complete 180 after a few sessions and I’m now confident I can
